Any order placed with Vape Nation can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of what you paid for the products. Changed your mind? That is enough. You do not need to explain why.
Before you ship anything back
Email or text support first and include your confirmation number. We confirm the order and send the return address. Parcels sent somewhere else, or sent before we reply, can be lost, and we cannot refund those.
What to include
Send the items from that order, packed so they survive the trip. A factory seal that is still intact makes the check faster, and an opened order is still covered by the guarantee. Keep a copy of your receipt until the refund shows up. The receipt should show the products, the amount paid, and the date.
Who pays for the return
You pay the return postage on a change-of-mind return. If we sent the wrong item, missed something from the order, or it arrived damaged, we cover the label. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo.
When the refund arrives
After the return reaches us and matches the order, we refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take extra days to show that credit. We will email you when the refund is sent.
